Before placing any orders, please read and understood the terms and conditions applied.
 
1. First come first serve basis.

2. Colour of product may vary slightly due to lighting.

3. Reservation will be held for 3 days and Chendville reserves all right to give up item to the next interested buyer.

4. Once confirmations were made, NO BACK OUT. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email for cancellation. Don't worry, we don't bite =)

5. We currently do not provide COD service. All items will be sent by post . 

6. Buying is at your own risk.

7. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
 
8. We will be using Post Ekspress costs RM4.50 and PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g. 

9. Delivery takes about 2-3 working days to arrive, depending on buyer's location. 

10. Delivery may delay due to unforeseen circumstances. 

11. Postage fee will be bear by buyers ( unless it is stated) 

12. Please ensure that there will be somebody to sign for the parcel. As PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. (Otherwise, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Post Office and you need to collect it there.)

13. Chendville will not be held responsible for any lost or damage during shipment.
